OPEN ACCESS POLICY
The Axis Journal of Scientific Innovations (AJSI) is a full, immediate open-access journal dedicated to removing barriers to scientific knowledge. All published articles are freely available to read, download, copy, and distribute from the moment of publication. The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work and authors are properly credited. This fosters the widest possible dissemination and building upon innovative research.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

ARCHIVING STRATEGY
AJSI is committed to the perpetual preservation of the scholarly record. To ensure this, the journal's content is archived using the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a decentralized digital preservation strategy. This system ensures that all published articles are securely stored and will remain accessible for future researchers, even in the event of the journal ceasing publication.

CROSSMARK POLICY STATEMENT
AJSI participates in the CrossMark initiative to maintain the integrity and versioning of its scholarly record. The CrossMark logo indicates the officially published version of record. AJSI is committed to alerting readers to important updates, such as corrections, retractions, or major additions, by maintaining a clear and transparent change-log for each article. This policy ensures that researchers can trust in the accuracy and currency of the content they cite.

REPOSITORY POLICY
To accelerate the dissemination of scientific innovations, AJSI encourages authors to self-archive their work. Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscript in institutional or subject-based repositories (such as arXiv) without any embargo period:

Preprint: The original version submitted to the journal, prior to peer review.

Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM): The final peer-reviewed version, accepted for publication but before the publisher's copyediting and typesetting.

Version of Record: The final, published version, with full citation details.

ADVERTISEMENT POLICY
Overview: The Axis Journal of Scientific Innovations (AJSI) may accept advertisements that are relevant to its academic and professional readership in scientific and technological fields. All advertisements are subject to prior approval by AJSI Management, which reserves the unconditional right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.
Guidelines:

Submission and Approval: All proposed advertisements are reviewed for relevance, accuracy, and appropriateness. Acceptance of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by AJSI, its editors, or its publisher.

Liability and Indemnification: The advertiser assumes full liability for the content of their advertisement and agrees to indemnify AXIS EXPLORATION AND ACADEMICS (PRIVATE) LIMITED against any claims arising from the advertisement.

Content Identification: Advertisements must be clearly identifiable as such and must not be misleading or mimic the journal's editorial content in style or format.

Regulatory Compliance: Advertisements must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

Digital Advertising: The use of AJSI's name, logo, or any copyrighted material in digital marketing requires express prior written permission.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted without penalty with sufficient notice, as specified in the advertising agreement. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
AJSI is committed to protecting the personal information of its users. The names, email addresses, and institutional affiliations provided to this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of AJSI (e.g., managing the peer-review process, disseminating published content) and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other third party without the explicit consent of the individual, except as required by law.

AUTHOR FEES AND WAIVERS
To support the costs of high-quality open-access publishing, AJSI levies an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon manuscript acceptance. However, the journal is committed to ensuring that a lack of funds is not a barrier to publication. Waivers or discounts are available upon request for authors who are unable to pay the APC. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, considering the merit of the work and the author's financial situation.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION STATEMENT
The Axis Journal of Scientific Innovations (AJSI) is fundamentally committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in science. We actively encourage submissions from and the participation of individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, or career stage. We believe that a diversity of perspectives is essential for driving true innovation. Our editorial processes are designed to be fair and equitable, and we strive to ensure that our editorial board and reviewer pool reflect the global and diverse nature of the scientific community.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
AJSI is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the user experience and ensure our website and published content comply with relevant accessibility standards. Our efforts include providing alternative text for images, ensuring logical navigation via keyboard and screen readers, and maintaining a clear site structure. We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our platform to help us identify and address any barriers.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
As a journal focused on innovation for a sustainable future, AJSI is mindful of its own environmental footprint. Our operations are predominantly digital to minimize paper waste. We promote remote collaboration among our global team and reviewers to reduce travel-related carbon emissions. Furthermore, we prioritize partnerships with service providers who demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices.
